**Delivery time**
Products are delivered directly to the address you stated when you placed your order in cooperation with logistics partners. Purefun Group AB sends orders during weekdays. If you want your order to be sent the same day you have to order before 2 pm. Orders that are placed after 2 pm on a weekday will be sent out on the next weekday. In order for you to feel secure, we offer you the possibility to track your package with some shipping options.

**14 days right of return**
Right to return is offered for 30 days after you have received your products. During the period of 14 days, when the right of return is applied, Purefun Group AB will repurchase the products at the value you paid for the products including the cost of freight to you.

**Faulty items / RMA**
